Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and within 30 days of receiving your order. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
Return Process:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and a return authorization number.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, including the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

- Receive the New Item: Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the exchanged item to you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pro contact@marytrend.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as face masks and custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
